Submission of ARC Requests

Intended use of this online submission form is meant for smaller improvements, variances, or changes to the exterior of your home. If you are submitting plans for construction of a new home, you will need to go to your homeowner portal to find the appropriate form for construction to submit requests to the ARC or reach out to management directly. 

You can also find the Bender PM ARC submission form in the blurb to the left of this message. You may be asked to fill out or sign that form upon submission. 

Please note the following: The ARC has 30 days from any submission to review and reply. No work should begin on property improvements without written consent from the ARC or the homeowner will be subject to fines. All approvals or denials will be sent to the homeowner in writing from your board or management. All construction must meet city codes and have the proper permitting prior to construction beginning. ARC approval does not override any city or county codes. Submission of this form constitutes a signature understanding the previous statements.
