Submission of Financial Requests

Upon submission of this form all homeowners must understand the following:

- The board is not obligated to waive any fees. It is the homeowners responsibility to confirm that management has all the proper contact information. All Dues and charges are sent to the address on file and emailed to any applicable email addresses for the homeowner. 

- We highly suggest paying the amount due, even with submission of this form, as all homeowners will still be liable to late fees and collection fees if applicable post submission. If the board approves a waiver of your late fees, those will be listed as a credit on your account. Pleas enote that if the board approves your waiver, only the late fees will be credited. All collection fees and demand letters will still apply. 

- Any payment plan submission may be adjusted by the board in order to confirm that your current balance may be paid off prior to new dues being posted.
